Love it I don't feel pressured about my image
A great replacement for Powerhouse Gym that closed down. Small, very welcoming. Proprietor Alan is helpful and friendly. All machines are kept clean and wiped down. Not for the serious body builder, but great for someone who wants to maintain fitness.
Have been a member since first owner opened & now still a member with new owner.
Now that classes are offered it is even better.
All members great .
Gym needs a little tender care. As far as appearance & upkeep but overall good atmosphere.
