I came down to the store after a system bug had my online modem order backed up. Justin and the management were pleasant to work with and more than happy to help and got to work right away to help. By noon the next day I had my modem and my internet up and working. Thanks to the team for all of the great help!

This afternoon I would have given this location one star, and frankly, I’m not that happy with AT&T… This being said, big, huge shout out to Jeremy W!! My car had a flat from a construction site, it was pouring rain, I had no working phone, which meant no driving directions or any way to call Roadside Assistance or even a friend or family to come and get me or to help me with my tire…I went back into the Garner location again to beg for help this time and I was so fortunate that Jeremy greeted me! He was unbelievably helpful, stayed calm (even with me so upset, actually furious), resolved the problem and was a true professional and all around nice guy throughout…AT&T, all of your team should take a page from Jeremy's book! Please thank him again from me!

After a ton of headache with the Apple Store and Best Buy Mobile, I went to the ATT store and was helped by Stephan. Wish I had gone there first. Stephan was nice, professional, efficient, laid out options without being overly sales-y, and I was in and out pretty fast! Definitely recommend!

The staff was extremely friendly and very personable. It didn't even feel like I was in a store to purchase something; but like I was there talking to friends. Very very very happy with my service. Thank you to Raven, Frank and Acie! You three were truly awesome!
