(November 23, 2018, 7:05 pm)I high suggest giving this gym and workout a try, you won't be sorry. A popular misconception is that you need prior experience and/or training to join. That simply isn't true. Gil and Neveen Sanchez (owners and instructors), along with the other talented trainers, will teach you all the fundamentals you need to know. Also, everyone at Gil's Kickboxing Gym is friendly, helpful, patient, down-to-earth, and knowledgeable.

Gym is clean and well maintained. Wonderful community and worth every penny! Highly recommend you check this gym out if you are looking for a positive change of pace in your workout routine.

(November 19, 2018, 6:05 pm)The best kickboxing workout in town! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and motivating! I love this gym so much, I signed up my son for the kids class. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and intense workout! Great selection of classes as well.
