Aside from the click-baity headline, manager Marco and awesome CSR Tito made my DAY!
Tito greeted me first at the front desk with his friendly nature and chilled demeanor. Buying a whole set of tires is not easy for everyone, I mean the cost is a lot, but TITO! He came THROUGH! He assessed the type of terrain I’d be roughin on my daily and he gave me the top option. I appreciate his work ethic being excellent, then I have him the price range I was hoping and he gave me the best for what I needed.
Yeah, the wait can be long, but they keep the lobby so clean and chill. It was climbing to 101 outside and it felt 66 in the lobby. Manager Marco and Tito are so friendly, they keep the atmosphere fun and relaxed. Tito also let me know my brakes needed changing soon.
Tito also let me know that I should get my tires rotated within six month and with the lifetime warranty, it’s FREE! Ooops! Sorry if I wasn’t supposed to put you on blast, Tito!
Anyway, if you gotta get tires or got anything going on with your vehicle that needs checking, this is where it’s at. Keep yourself from a sour mood and go to Marco and Tito. (I’m gonna copy this over to Yelp because the world needs to know!)
As a career mechanic, I can usually smell a shady shop when I walk through the door. These guys are anything but crooks. Fast, friendly, professional, and accurate to the quote. Had my tires replaced here and am very satisfied with how the work went. Going back again to give them a chance to work my brakes too.
Showed up without appointment at 4:30pm, because i picked up a nail 5min prior. Manager was super friendly and helpful. Technician got it done right away. Happy first time customer and will gladly recommend this store in the future.
The employees here are wonderful, and so sweet! I never feel like they are trying to rip me off, and they always do a great job! I had an service light going off in my car, and they checked it out free of charge! I have been continuously going here for about a year, and I never go anywhere else since I started using their services. I highly recommend!
