THE ABSOLUTE BEST... THESE REVIEWS DO NOT EVEN MAKE SENSE. THE RECEPTIONIST WAS EXTREMELY SWEET & HELPFUL.... DR. LARRY & DR. TAN SAVED MY LIFE LITERALLY. I WAS CALLED IN TO EVERY SINGLE APPOINTMENT (3) ON TIME. THEY WERE ABLE TO GET WAX OUT OF MY EAR THAT WAS STUCK IN THERE FOR 5+ YEARS. NO OTHER ENT WAS ABLE TO HELP ME EXCEPT LARRY & DR. TAN. THEY WERE THE SWEETEST & MOST PROFESSIONAL DOCTORS YOU CAN FIND. I'D NEVER GO TO ANOTHER EAR DOCTOR.

Gladis called told me that my insurance did pay and that my daughter co-pay is $35.00 not $20.00 like mine ( kind of confusing same insurance ). Regardless, they waved the $15.00 due to miscommunication. Please see updated review as before listed below the doctors where great.

Received a bill for my daughter for $280.00. Called the Tan office talked to Nicole in billing said my insurance didn't pay for my daughters. I called my insurance and they do pay for her called back they said OK will resubmit. 2 Months later got another bill for $280.00 FINAL NOTICE. Called back again they said oh yes your insurance did pay. However they want $35.00 for copay instead of $20.00. I pay $20.00 my daughter insurance is the same insurance. Does not make any sense. Not very happy with the billing service the doctors where great. Willing to re-edit once they get there billing right.
