  Don is my go to when I get my Ford vehicles serviced. Whenever I’ve had requests he’s been sure to address them in a timely manner. Very professional and courteous. I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else for servicing.

  I had received an email from Caruso Ford that my car needed to have a recall service done on it. Due to Covid-19, they picked up my car (an 8 year old Escape) serviced it and then delivered it back to me with the interior sanitized and the car washed. The customer service given by Greg Murphy and his crew was impeccable and made my experience there a good one.

  I just recently purchase my 2018 Ford F-150 from Caruso. I did my research through car gurus and their truck was one of my favorite ones. Marco was my salesman and he contacted me via email in response to my initial email with a few things that I needed to be done and he promptly and efficiently responded to what I was looking for. He set up an appointment with me to see and do a driving test. Everything went smoothly thereafter he responded to all of the questions and concerns that I had. There were a few issues but he did the best to accommodate and resolved them. I am very happy to have found them and done my transaction with them. I am now driving in my new truck around. I would definitely recommend this car dealer. And let everyone know I am very picky when I need a service and so far it has been great.

  I have been a loyal customer for several years. I recently purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer ST. Although my new Explorer has some glitches, I can say that Service Advisor (Don Mace) has been great help in trying to remedy the issues. This is the 3rd Ford Explorer I own and to be quite honest, I chose to purchase another Ford Explorer because if Don Mace. I know I can count on him to services my vehicle.
