I pick up my Explorer yesterday from the service department and I have to say that I am very impressed of the great service, I felt very welcome since I arrived.. Mr. Nazarian kept me informed and they found the problem immediately which I was very surprised since I took my vehicle 2 times to the dealer where I purchased it and I paid extra warranty for nothing, I knew something was wrong with my car and the specialists at Caruso found it and fixed thank God, since it was dangerous to drive in those conditions.
I totally recommend your services and for sure I be back for any service or once I am ready to buy my new vehicle. I like to thank each and every person that made me feel welcome and important. Very very good with customers, (since I work with public for over 30 years) Mr. Arvin Nazarian. A young man with a beard in the service department (sorry I didn't get his name) also a Hispanic man who cleaned my vehicle and made sure I knew it was going to take a few minutes and where to wait before bringing it to me. Very nice, educated and polite.
In the other hand, just a little advise to the cashier or receptionist. Please try to be a little nice to customers, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT!
