  Jeff was a very knowledgeable, responsive, and easy-to-work-with lender. He was able to secure our mortgage even tho we were in some tricky situation. Another bonus is that he had direct access to the underwriter which made our transaction super smooth. He always provide frequent update on our loan status so that we were able to quickly address any new issues that come up. I highly recommend Jeff to any first home buyers or even investors with complex financial circumstances.

  Jeff was extremely helpful and key to closing my first home. My original lender fell through last minute (1 day before closing escrow!) and just when I thought I had missed out on my home, my agent referred me to Jeff. He was professional from the get go and was (and still is) always available to answer any of my questions and always around for updates/follow-ups. We were able to close in about 3 weeks! He is experienced, efficient, and reliable. I would highly recommend Jeff for financing!

  This is the second time using Jeff as my lender and I cannot thank him enough for helping me close on my second property. He's always quick to reply and thorough in his communications. Highly recommend him to everyone!
