(May 12, 2022, 2:48 pm)Went to my local T-mobile store in Smyrna Tn and was helped by Ashley. She was very helpful, kind, diligent and respectful. She answered ever questioned and for those questions that I asked that she didn't know, she found out for me.
The store was very clean and had a great selection of phones to choice from. My family has been using T-mobile for over 10 years and with service like this we will continue to do so. -

She went above and beyond to make sure my daughter got exactly what she needed. She was very instrumental in making sure I was not bamboozled into anything and understood everything. I would recommend this store as you will have a great experience.
