  I average around 100 flights a year and Long Beach Airport by far is my absolute favorite airport. TSA lines are ran with excellence. Staff is friendly in all restaurants and gift shops.
  
  Drop off to gate averages 5-10min. The environment is very relaxing.
  
  Waiting for bags may take up to 15-20min due to number of inbound flights and there only being 2 baggage claims. Yet, 15-20 min is not too long of a wait.

  The hotel decor is interesting and quirky, the bed was the most comfortable I can remember and the shower excellent. The breakfast was varied and fresh and the rooms well appointed with everything you might need. Nice terrace bar in front of a lovely pool and the staff were very friendly and helpful ... check out their spectacles

  Cute, small airport. Security and baggage claim are quick and effective. Not much of choices for food and drinks, but enough that you wont be hungry and the prices are reasonable airport prices

  My favorite airport!! Easy in and easy out. Short lines. Fast movement. On your way before you know it. It’s always beautiful and sunny and warm.

  The whole process in my experience went very smooth. I had no where to stay over the course of 10 hrs and decided to stay here until my departure. It's open 24 hrs, and there are spots for you to rest at. I did not get a chance to visit the food places but in my opinion, they looked like they had a fair amount of options, as it is a smaller airport. I favorite this airport because of the convenience. I prefer coming here again over LAX.
