  I met Timmie when I first started my OCR journey November 2018 and I knew she was the real deal. Walking into Hybrid , instantly felt like home. I am coming from LA and the commute can be long but it’s WORTH THE DRIVE!
  The sense of community, the coaches and the love for fitness and OCR is everywhere!
  Her style of coaching is awesome and you can feel
  the love and truly know she cares about each of her clients! If you want to change your life, be around some awesome people and train with the pros, Hybrid House it where to go!

  I joined Hybrid House while on a clinical rotation in the area and now I don’t know how I’m going to go back to another gym when I leave!! Great class time options, great atmosphere, and great coaches. Timmie and her team do a wonderful job of programming, always providing scaling/modifications and focusing on form. They create a positive, FUN environment while providing a GREAT workout!

  This gym is so amazing!! I’m not even sure where to start. The workouts are awesome!! They will definitely push you to your own limits. The best part is whether your limits are beginner or advanced you are pushed to that level. And if you’re a beginner there is no need to feel intimidated. The coaches, as well as the other members with more experience, are always there for you. I have learned to do so many things that I never thought I would be able to do. I can climb a rope!!! I can carry a keg over my head, I can climb over a wall, I can deadlift with proper form, I can run faster than I ever imagined, I can make it across monkey bars, I could go on and on but I think you get my point!! My finally point I’d like to make is about the community! The people at this gym have all become my family. We help each other, we encourage each other, we high five each other, we laugh at and with each other, and we welcome anyone and everyone to join our craziness!! Come at 5am and you can join the vampire crew!

  This gym is like no other. The workouts, the people, the outdoor space. The workouts are so fun and challenging at the same time. The people are so encouraging and welcoming and work hard. Everyone at Hybrid is their to see each other succeed. It really is like one big family. Hybrid is a gym you will want to go to everyday. You don’t have to think about your workouts, they are perfectly planned for you. The variety of class and all the equipment (can we all about all the equipment they have!!!) make this your one stop shop. I guarantee if you try this place you’ll cancel all your other gym memberships. It’s that good. Oh, and the pounds will just drop with our even thinking about it!

  if your looking for a good workout in a friendly environment this place is the best!!
  Hybrid House gym have everything to prepare you for your future Spartan and crossfit competition. Well qualified people will teach you how to give the best of you!
  If your a beginner and you whant to try something new, you will have the best help and support from the Coaches that will take their time to explain and make sure you'll learn the right way and minimize the possibility of injuries.
  Even though is a hard workout you will end up liking it and will came back for more 😜 🤗 🥰
