They say that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, and that is what Dr. Leo is great at. I was very hesitant about seeing a chiropractor. I did not believe that it was something that I needed, but I was wrong. Upon my initial visit, he took the time to understand my medical history, my lifestyle, and my habits. I have come to realize that years of poor posture has had a gradual and detrimental effect on my health. Dr. Leo took the time during his initial assessment to check my imbalances and gave me tips on how to be mindful about my posture and reduce the risk of developing any chronic pain. Although I may still be young, he has - and continues - to bestow upon me his knowledge of the human body, its physical functions, and how to maintain those functions for longevity. These are lessons that I will always be mindful of - future me is thankful.

What sets Dr. Leo apart is that he truly cares about his patients. Most of my doctor visits have not been pleasant. Often times they are very quick, with the doctor showing very little care or investment. Dr. Leo is the opposite. He he takes the time to learn about you and uses that evaluation to properly treat you. He is kind, patient, and pays attention. He also has a strong social media presence and is always willing to share his knowledge. I can truly say that Dr. Leo is the most hands on doctor I have ever worked with - literally. Not all treatments are the same and Dr. Leo is great at being able to evaluate, understand, and treat your needs. After years of poor posture and habits, I feel tremendously better! Although I am far from perfect, he has helped me understand the importance of health, posture, and the value in prevention rather than treatment. I’ve learned so much from all of the sessions with him and feel way more confident about myself and my health!

In addition to being a great doctor, Dr. Leo is an all around great person. He is deeply involved in the community! He is deeply passionate about what he does. His rates affordable and often times will do special promotions. He has completely changed my mind about seeing a chiropractor. The Long Beach community is very lucky to have Dr. Leo and I hope that his practice continues to thrive.

Even if you are the slightest bit interested in seeing a chiropractor, I recommend seeing Dr. Leo. He has a lot of knowledge to share!

For as long as I live here, Dr. Leo will be the only chiropractor that I see!

This was my first time ever getting adjusted, so I was a little nervous going in not knowing what to expect. Dr. Leo really took the time to explain the process and made me feel as comfortable as possible. He asked if there were any specific areas of concern to tailor the process, and let me know exactly what he was going to do before every adjustment. Needless to say, I felt amazing after he was done! Both my back and my neck feel so much better. Dr. Leo made my first adjustment a great experience, I will definitely be coming back!

Feels amazing to not only be adjusted but actually have a conversation about ways to improve besides just a good “POP”. Hadn’t been adjusted in years, the doc had me feeling 10 years young! The limb adjustments were new to me and felt so relieving. That neck pull, GAME CHANGER!! I’m excited to be able to workout and not feel as much pain, but I know if my muscle get tense the doc has me covered with the massages and extras.

Making an appointment with Dr. Leo was quick and easy! Dr. Leo was exceptional, I felt very welcome and comfortable! I was a bit nervous going my first time since it’s been years since I was adjusted but my experience was great and I had nothing to worry about. Dr. Leo takes his times and really addresses your concerns and discomforts, he answered all my questions and even gave me tips to better not only my pain but my workouts. Dr. Leo has done so much to help me, I have come in in pain that made it hard to walk... I would have as soon as I was finished allowing me to live life like normal. I live an active lifestyle, seeing dr.Leo has allowed for me to continue on that path without living in discomfort.
