PPHC has been supportive and caring during this difficult time. They have gone above and beyond to help with my mom's care. Before covid I was there every week and on the phone with them. My original review was too long to post but trust when I say they work with you and your loved one's unique needs. Communicate and be involved. Their job is not an easy one. They're heart is in the right place and it shows.
It is my experience that Pacific Palms is one of the better health care facility in LA. The nursing care my mom has received is skilled, professional and compassionate. It's clean and the staff is always helpful, professional and respectful.
