I like this gym because they just renewed most of the equipment. I mostly use it in the morning.

I love a gym where everyone treats you like family. From the friendly owner, to the awesome instructors to the helpful front desk staff, everyone at this little gym treats members like family.
The classes are excellent, the equipment is kept clean and in great working condition, the facility is modern and welcoming and the locker rooms are the nicest and cleanest around!
If you like a small friendly gym atmosphere with unbeatable pricing, this gym is for you!!
(562) 988-5870. I have been coming to the Fitness Center since 2012 and I love the convenience of their lunch classes. Zumba, cycling, bodysculpt, yoga, kettlebells and step classes are all awesome. Great instructors that have been there for years too.
