  We found Allison through the Dave Ramsey ELP program and had the best experience selling our home. We interviewed 4 realtors, but we knew from the beginning that Allison was the winner of our business. She never once talked down to us, never made me feel silly because I literally would panic over the smallest things. She also was amazing at keeping an open line of communication even before we were actually ready to sell. We contacted her about 6 months prior and let me tell you, our house was no where near ready but she saw the vision and worked right along with us. Allison offers the best service in having stagers come, plus cleaners before the photography.
  
  I would recommend Allison 10 times over to anyone looking for a realtor in the Lakewood area. Even if we only had received asking price, but we received 29k over!   Allison came in and provided us with outstanding knowledge of not only real estate, but knowledge of the buyers for our market. She helped to guide us to get the most money for our home in a very short time. She kept us updated every step of the way.   Allison sold our house that was in a trust from my deceased father. We had major problems with our trust attorney who left the house out of the trust. Allison referred me to great trust attorney who helped us file to get the the house in the trust.
  She informed us we would make more money without tenets in it so we gave them a 60 day notice. After months of issues and setbacks, we were ready to go on the market.
  We listed the house at 479,000 and had 5 offers on three days. Then our buyer tried to get 5,000 back at closing. She tried to explain we would not do that because so many people wanted are house and she canceled. I was so stressed because we hardly had money for the next payment but she assured us it would sell fast. She had an open house the next day and within 3 days we had an offer for 502,0000.
  Not only do I highly recommend Allison but I urge you to take all of her recommendations as far as what to do to get ready to sell. I have no doubt we made at least 20,000 more for that house by choosing Allison as our agent. We were lucky to have her and are eternally grateful.
