My husband Robert has been seeing Dr Zamost for more years than he cares to remember. My doctor retired in 2012, so I switched over to Dr Zamost....at first reluctantly.....but he grew on me almost instantly. He's one of the last of the old school doctors, who treats a patient on a personal level, based on symptoms and basic diagnostic skills, instead of just relying on a bunch of machines or numbers on a printout. We are so fortunate to have had Dr Zamost as our primary physician. We recently moved to Salem, Oregon....and have had a tough time trying to find a similar type of doctor. We've tried to convince Dr Zamost to move up to Oregon with us, but me thinks his SoCal patients doth protest too much. :D
I have been going to Dr. Zamost for about 17 years and when my daughter turned 3, she started going to him as well (she is now 18). Dr. Zamost has been amazing, he is always sensitive, caring and sincere. He always remembers me (and my name). That personal touch means a lot to me. I have always felt safe and trust him with both my daughter and my life. Literally. I have referred him to several of my friends that have thanked me over and over again saying he is the best Doctor they have ever had. I dread the day he decides to retire.
