I have worked with Lisa Sandoval as our insurance broker for over 10 years. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. Her staff is efficient and I have enjoyed working with them.
Lisa Sandoval Insurance has been our company health insurance broker for almost two years. What brought us to end a 15 years relationship with the previous health insurance broker is that Lisa was really on our side and helped us save a lot of money. She did all the hard work of comparison shopping for a health insurance policy and helped us sort through the array of health insurance plans available to find one that fits our needs and budget. Thanks to her work, we saved $41,000 the first year without sacrificing the level of coverage we were used to! In addition, we gained a very dedicated team. Lisa and Marisa are very knowledgeable, extremely responsive and dedicated professionals. They are always available to help our 15 employees with coverage, claims and bills. Besides being on her customer side, I would highly recommend Lisa Sandoval primarily because of the very high quality of her customer service.
Lisa was always accessible and friendly when I phoned with questions about Medicare choices. I initially phoned to set up an appointment, but she always just answered my questions on the spot and sent me material by email. She clarified the difference between Medicare Advantage programs and supplements, and she spent a lot of time going over Part D offerings. She actually went through all the prescription drugs used by my husband and me separately and told us the best Part D plan for each one of us. I felt confident she was telling us what was best for us and not pushing a program or plan that would reimburse her for making referrals. She was very professional and knew how to look up information that wasn't always right at her fingertips. I was thankful for her clear answers and counsel.
