  Only Sears techs are effective. They've been pulling in consultants who are rude & less prone to troubleshoot extensively. Barry is a rock star. Fridge running like a champ right now!

  Fred provided outstanding service--I needed a part, he arranged to have it delivered to the appliance location the next morning and arranged for Khaled to come that afternoon and install it. Excellent job by both. But Fred was outstanding.

  The tech was polite, timely and went out of his way to finish the repair on the same day- even though he did not have all the parts to do so.
  
  So he called an Uber to deliver the part within an hour. He went to other calls he had to still do after mine while the part arrived.
  
  He worked overtime to come back and install the part once it arrived.
  
  That is what I call customer service. Sears warranty agreement is worth the money. Appliances are not built to let anymore and it’s sooner than later that you will need them repaired.
  
  Great investment and would recommend to anyone that owns a home with multiple appliances. And the technicians know how to get the job done with a great attitude.

  Dave was the best plumber I have met in my entire life. He was honest, efficient, and thorough. He gave me the price up front and even had the main part to my 11 year old water heater in his van. He fixed it on my first appointment and the I am confident that my water heater will operate great for another 10 + years.
