Catered Manor Nursing Center

My mother was sent to Catered Manor nursing home from Lakewood regional medical center my mother is 87 and i have to admit , I am against sending my mom to a home, so i was so furious, but she needed some rehabilitation for her breathing, I had no choice but to pray and hope , all would go beautiful, i have to say...since day 1 that i called the staff were extremely helpful, caring and passionate, Amore her nurse was just a blessing, i would talk to my mom every night about 5 x through out the day....everytime I called the front desk, they were helpful in many ways, i have to say i slept pretty good knowing my mom was in blessed hands....I even went to the home, but due to Covid 19 I could not go in the facility

i also took to the others that were there for Thanksgiving ....They loved it...I give them a 5 out of 5 my mom is home and breathing great!!! Thank you !! Catered Manor home for taking care of my mom love you's!!!

I love seeing how the activities staff entertains and services anyone who comes to her door. I see it from my room. I look forward to activities treats. Bingo, going out to the patio. My care has improved tremendously and I thank you.

I love living here, some of the nurses are great. But sometimes they get to busy and don't attend as quickly as I wish that they should. I love coming to the dinning room to do activities, we do a lot of different things Bingo is my favorite. I love Alicia the activities director makes the activities fun and Mary is also very enthusiastic they fill my day with entertainment.

My name is Jean Eary, First time I was here was September 2018. I was treated really fine. Taught me how to walk. The rehab team is outstanding. Food not bad. Excellent Care provided by staff. My second time was in April 2019. Again excellent and outstanding service. After I had a recent surgery I once again picked catered manor because I knew the rehab team will get me moving again. They had! Social services not bad, activities made me feel very welcomed. and part of the family. I'm more than grateful for all staff. They will be in my prayers forever.

I have had excellence experience the staff has been excellent. They have treated me with compassion and respect as any human being should be treated. The activity staff has been helpful they have made my stay a lot more pleasurable, I have also given them suggestions and they are going to implement them. Also I feel that all the staff has the patience of Job and they are angels in disguise. When I came in here I could barely speak and couldn't walk,sit or roll over without help, before coming here they had recommend me to go into hospice care but now I feel at 85% not quite 100% and this facility for me has been a God sent.I been here for two months they have made it possible for me to be able to go home in the near future.They had made my life less stressful with all their care and kindness. I would recommend to anyone who is going to put one of their family members in a short-term or long-term care, I hope not to have to use the facility again but I will choose this place again.
