I loved working with my therapist at Sano. The whole team there made me feel supported and I was able to gain so much insight and empowerment with my therapist's help! PS the views are amazing of the marina :)
I love Sano Counseling Center. I started out going to an individual therapist, Christy Cosper. She literally changed my life I went from being depressed with a host of issues to achieving all my life long goals. I can't tell you how dramatically my life changed since I started seeing her. I still have some issues here and there since thats how life works but I feel so so much better in my day to day life.
Now that I'm with my partner, we are going to see Ross Crothers for couples therapy. What I love about Ross is that you really feel heard and understood by him. He does a really great job at helping us communicate and we always feel better as a couple after seeing him. We're even getting married soon! I highly recommend him as a couples therapist.
Kevin is an amazing therapist and has really helped me and my wife work through some very difficult times. He is empathetic, considerate, insightful, and trusting.
Sano Center is a top notch counseling center and I especially appreciate how flexible they have been in offering virtual sessions this year. Christy is very knowledgeable, highly educated, and I admire the level of compassion and energy she brings to her clients. Highly recommend!

Bailey, the office manager, is really helpful with billing and paperwork concerns. It is so nice that I don’t have to take up time in my session handling “behind-the-scenes” parts of getting care.
