  I am shocked at all these reviews because my father was a resident there for more than 2 years and everything was great. The nurses were nice and the facility was very clean. My father gets a shower at least two times a week and he gets to choose a different menu if he doesn't like the food. I have toured different facilities before picking this one and by far this facility is one of the cleanest there is. Yes, they are swamped with work but they still manage to smile and do everything they can for the patients there. Whenever I have a concern, they always try to resolve the issue and I am satisfied with their resolution. I myself cannot do the things they do there. Maybe these people should take their parents home to care for them to see how hard it is? I recently just got my father discharged and I can see the difference in the level of care from a skilled nursing facility to an assisted living. I recommend them very much. They deserve more than these reviews show.
