I found Our Essence looking for black owned beauty suppliers. It was my first visit and it was such a good experience. The sales representative a young lady named Nalo was so amazing. She gave the best customer service I ever had. She was so patient and helpful. The products were amazing as well. I could not believe I found a beautiful Brazilian human hair wig for under $30.00, for $29.99! Yes, I will be back as a regular customer. In fact, I'm going back next weekend. Black owners and staff we super helpful! side note I came from Orange County. the majority of the customers seemed like long time customers and were treated like family. Which I loved! Not only do they have the products that we are familiar with They also have hair products created for us by us by local beautician.

Awesome black-owned beauty supply store! Just what was needed in the Long Beach area. My one stop shop for raw shea butter and black soap. They have all the best products and the owner and staff are fabulous! New products are constantly coming in. I'm so glad I don't have to drive all the way to L.A. anymore.
