  The customer service is amazing. We left our room at the Ramada to come here and it was night and day thanks to Jessica who made us and our small 3lb pomeranian feel.welcomed!

  Clean room but small. The pillows are a little flat but that's just my personal taste and I'm positive you can ask for more at the front desk. The bathroom is clean and new but the water pressure from was a little lackluster. There's no fridge or microwave but there is a nice, wall-mounted TV and a cute table with chairs. There isn't much in the way of public areas but there are vending machines with snacks, sodas and ice. They're also pet friendly, which includes cats and dogs. Overall it was a good stay.

  It's really good for a Motel 6. The check in lobby is the tiniest lobby I've ever seen. But the rooms themselves are nice and spacious, and that's what's important.
  One day, the room cleaner made a mistake, and even though it was okay for that day, I just wanted the management to know it happened so it wouldn't happen again. The lobby receptionist told me she'd let her manager know, and the next day, actually took the time to tell me her manager had talked with the employee. I appreciate good customer service. So for me, fixing the mistake completely overshadows the mistake.
  I mean, it's still not a five star resort, but it definitely has everything I needed.

  We have stayed here a few times now and the staff remember both my husband and I - it's like coming home! So comfortable and familiar. I can't recommend Motel 6 enough. It's the perfect location for us, the rooms are always clean and functional and it's great value for money. We wouldn't stay anywhere else when going to Long Beach!

  Stayed 9/2018, for one night. Hotel desk clerk Lynsey, had a friendly greeting as well as explaining, how to review TV channel. Upon entering room, it was acceptable, clean, not smelly, sleep comfortable in bed.
  Quick eating place right outside of hotel, Jack in the box, and Denny's was across the street. This was a perfect stay for me. I would stay here again.
