As a colleague, I esteem Dr. Mai for his quiet, competent ways. Keeping an early winter morning patient waiting in the hall, his receptionist making way too much noise in noisy heels, needling through clothes (my pants) and painful upper shoulder cupping with cold oil and a tiny glass (fire) cup could be improved. But he's the guy I refer clients/patients who squalk at my deluxe treatment rates.
