Josephine was fantastic to work with! We partnered up together to provide a nutrition talk for one of our clients. She was so accommodating with such a last minute request and successfully provided nutrition education to corporate employees. Looking forward to working with her again soon!

Josephine has been very helpful throughout my journey to being healthy, I suffer from diabetes type 2, PCOS and eating disorder, my goal was to find natural ways to get rid of diabetes with a healthy diet, with Josephine's guidance and knowledge I have been able to decrease my A1c levels and I have developed new techniques on how to cope with eating habits both mentally, internal as well as external. So far in the past 90 days I have changed for the better and I wouldn't of done it without Josephine's help. This program has motivated me that I can feel happy internally, and has helped me with accountability. I will continue my sessions even after the 90 day program! I can't wait to continue and see more change!
Kind and very helpful! I was nervous about my appointment because I just don’t do well with diets and I was super unhealthy when I had my first appointment ...but Josephine was super supportive and not judgmental at all! She broke down the process into small, reasonable steps that actually work with my lifestyle. Also, I think I needed somebody to understand my specific situation ( shift-work & kid, no time!), which is hard to get in a group session or an app. I always end up giving up after trying diets, group sessions, apps... but this time, I was able to make some meaningful changes, and still going strong! The best part is I just feel much stronger & better now.
I had been on so many different diets and was frustrated because I would lose the weight, then lose control of my eating, gain them back and some more. Josephine is really knowledgeable about mindful eating and the science of nutrition. I've been working on mindful eating with Josephine for few months now. I'm much more at ease and confident about my food decisions. I feel more in charge of my life. It's so nice to have someone in my corner who genuinely cares. I'm excited to continue this journey with her.
