  I took my uncle in for a cataract consult with Dr. Logan. He was very nice and he greeted us with a huge smile. He gave us a little background story about him and asked us to tell him a little about us which made us feel at ease with him. He then explained the surgery process and options available for my uncle. Which was nice to know there was opinions and he didn't pressure us at all. Even told us to go home think about it and if we had any questions to give him a call again. My uncle was very scared about the surgery but Dr. Logan gave him the break down and also told us there was nothing to worry. He explains everything with exact words you can understand and he gives you a peace of mind with the words he uses.

  My experience with Dr. Logan was super awesome. I came out of the exam room feeling that I've been taken care of. He's a good listener. He's caring and genuine. I'll be definitely coming back for my next eye exam. Thank you Dr. Logan.

  Atlantis Eyecare Long Beach is welcoming and clean. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Their selection of frames and lenses are great. I got my pair of prescription glasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. I’m more than satisfied with the service and products I purchased. Good job!!!

  Update: I received a call today from Luis- thank you! As Luis promised I received a subsequent call from Carina in scheduling. I'm almost there for an actual appt!
  
  I called yesterday to make an appointment. No answer and a message directed me to request an appt online. I did. There was a 714 number to call if I hadn't heard back in 24 hrs. I called the number a few min ago. I got someone's voicemail! Seriously? I have a job! There is no consideration for patient appointment requests by phone or online. I'm not impressed so far. How am I supposed to trust this office with my eyes?
