Emerson was such an amazing and helpful property manger. He helped us move into our property quickly and is very professional with his work. I really recommend renting an apartment with Patio Gardens.

Moving into the flat was incredibly pain free and relaxed. Emerson is incredibly kind and helpful to us, which was especially useful as we are foreign exchange students which can lead to a lot of confusion. I would highly recommend Patio Gardens, it's good value for money and it's near a larger shopping park so it's very practical.

We’ve been residents for a few months now and we absolutely love it! The area is central to many great shops and restaurants. Very spacious apartments versus other complexes in the area. Very well maintained complex. Clean and gardened very well. Emerson, the complex manager, is very nice and attentive. Always willing to do anything he can to help and if he’s not able to at that moment he gets back to you within a day or so. He remembers the tenants names and is very friendly and approachable. His door is always open. We love it here so much and glad we chose this apartment complex. Has everything we were looking for.

Going on our 3rd year here and we are LOVING it!! The community is amazing and super convenient for school and work. Our townhouse is spacious and we have a very sizable patio. We would definitely recommend this community to friends and family. The staff is very friendly and professional! And Emerson has great style.
