Since robberies have sky rocketed in Los Angeles recently I decided to change all the locks in our new home as an extra precaution to keep my wife and kids safe. I called them and a very sweet woman answered. She was extremely helpful. The technician came by within 20 mins (I was previously waiting over an hour for a different company) They expedited my service because I was locked out and waiting so long.
