This Firestone is one of the best service centers I've ever been to! I know very little about cars, but the staff has always been patient in explaining what's going on with a vehicle and their resolution process in a way I can understand. Micah, Alex and Raven and all the technicians deserve to be commended for their professionalism, knowledge, consistency and excellent customer service! Thank you guys!

Outstanding customer service. It's weird times with COVID, and apparently the shop had a case, so corporate policy is to completely shut down the store for testing etc. Unfortunately, I had dropped off a tire the previous day for a repair, and needed it back ASAP for work. I called Firestone's COVID center, number was posted on their door, explained my situation. Four hours later, Micah from the store was knocking on my door at home with the tire, and was ready to put it back on the truck right in my driveway. Just outstanding.

Really wonderful experience! My tire blew out yesterday, and I needed a new set quickly. These guys were more than accommodating. After being treated poorly at Costco tire center, I called Firestone South Lebanon. Micah was so gracious and patient. He facilitated the repair by getting the tires I need from another store and coordinated same day repair. Definitely went above and beyond. I work in operations and understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer care. These guys exceeded my expectations, will certainly be back. Thank you very much!

This is a smaller location but the staff here is A1. Very helpful and knowledgeable. The staff here has done all they can to provide good service and products time after time.

Old guy there during the day Is great and amazing. Night guys I had once over a weekend were meh. So that one old guy has this store to 4 stars as far as I'm concerned

I had broken the mirror on my passenger side of my truck. Went to AutoZone the gentleman was able to look up the part number and ordered it in. It was in in two days. He even went outside and installed it for me. Which was a great idea since I had already broken one mirror lol highly recommended AutoZone

Amazing staff overall - friendly and helpful.. but Ed is such a hustler. Really seems like a proactive, outgoing, customer-focused guy. Thanks for the great service!
