  Everything was clean and fresh! Customer service was excellent. The convenient location was a plus also. Well worth the money spent. Breakfast was nice also.

  Our room was clean, but the carpet was definitely old and needing changed. The pillows were tiny squares and uncomfortable. The block it's on is a bit questionable, but overall we felt fine. Breakfast was great. It was an ok stop, but definitely not our favorite Best Western.

  Great place to stay before you leave on a cruise. They have a great shuttle service to and from port. Your car is safe in a garage. Love the complimentary breakfast too !!!

  We chose the Best Western of Long Beach for the night before leaving for Carnival cruise from Long Beach. The hotel is well maintained and has a caring, friendly and professional staff. Rooms are well maintained and the breakfast is excellent. The shuttle service to the cruise ship was convenient and excellent. We recommend this hotel as the best choice for cruise passengers. The hotel also has a stay, park and cruise package and provides shuttle transportation back to the hotel from the ship at the end of the cruise.

  The hotel itself was nice enough though maybe not as nice as some BWs I've stayed at. The room was dark and things were overlooked when last cleaned but it was comfortable. The option to leave your car here while on a cruise was awesome as was the shuttle service both ways. All of the staff we encountered were very nice and professional. Everyone had a smile ready, always. The location itself is not so great if you plan to land here and go out for dinner. No place nearby to walk to and it may not be in the best area of town. Driving out to get food could be an option but it's not easy to navigate unless you are very familiar with the area. There is a transit unit that runs down the middle of the street so you have a fairly long walk to get to a corner to cross. If you plan ahead by bringing food though- there was a refrigerator. All in all, OK for one quick night but I can't see staying for longer, just because of the location. Great staff though! Oh, and the breakfast was not bad either- plenty of choices :)
