    Recently moved to the area and decided to check out the park. The brand new playground (including a fenced in area for the youngest) is awesome - I so wish I had access to something like this when I was a kid! Overall the park has great amenities and a good vibe and we will be going back there often.

    Nice.....lots of shady trees...nice playground for young kids.nice rest area with restrooms.

    A lot of memories at this park. My friends live around here. Fun place to visit once in a while. I remember we would hook up a tetherball an old pal used to have and punch it around.

    I love this park. If there is one thing that bothers me about people's reviews it says that they comment on the homeless people as if they are raccoons. But they are not, their people. And although there are several unfortunate homeless human beings that hang out there,, they are extremely respectful and we'll go out of their way to blend in with the nature and the other surroundings. As opposed to being a nuisance,. People who have jobs and homes scare me much more then these folks. I have no problem taking my young friends to this Park. It's lovely.

(562) 570-1695 They completely redid the kids' playground and reopened it in December 2018. It's much nicer than it was before but I agree that unfortunately there are some shady people hanging out there sometimes and it's unfortunate that people throw their trash on the ground.
