“My chicken schnitzel with almond crust was excellent. I tried to duplicate it at home, took 2 hours, and it also tasted great, but, wow, did my effort look terrible! Cooking a great schnitzel is an art form. My respect and appreciation to the chef at Rasselbock. Too bad we were going back to work, I would have loved a beer, too. Service was good, the atmosphere is casual and friendly, and lunch for 2 with water, tax and tip, was $38.”
