  I had a vintage car (92' 500 SL) with over 200K miles.
  The technology on older cars are so different compared to the newer cars.
  
  Gabriel is fantastic at trouble shooting and zeroing in on exactly
  what was needed on my little car ... he is generous with his time and expertise.
  
  I love his European work ethics, qualified technicians, clean shop and his comfortable, stylist waiting area

  I took my Audi A4 to German Italian for the last three years that I had it. Gabriel did an excellent job of repairing and maintaining the car. I appreciated his advice on what repairs where necessary and which could wait. If I had any questions or minor things I needed fixed, he was always able to fit my car in or arrange for a rental for the day. The location is convenient right off I-10, and the waiting area is very comfortable. Even with a new BMW, I still take the car to Gabriel to help with aftermarket updates.

  =Overall Experience=
  My experience with German Italian Motor Car Company has been superb. I own a 2005 BMW M3 and the rear right lower control arm had snapped on my brother while he took it out for a ride. I didn't have prior experience with GIMCC but I read some good reviews and it was close to where the car broke down so I decided to give it a shot.
  
  =Customer Service=
  Gabriel (I believe is the owner) was awesome. First, his shop is open on saturdays!! Not only that, he waited passed his saturday working hours for my car to get towed into his shop. I don't know many mechanics that like to work passed their work hours, especially on a weekend!
  
  =Knowledge=
  Now, to the part where he deserves the 5 stars. I already knew what was broken when I took the car in. He lifted the car, took 5 minutes to look around and told me exactly what the problem was. Not only did he tell me what was broken, he also pointed out some parts that started to go bad but didn't need replacements right away. I've spent numerous hours working on the car myself and I've spent countless hours reading multiple bmw forums so I can tell if some mechanic is trying to bullshit his way into replacing a non-broken part or charging ridiculous hours for labor. So I really liked that fact that Gabriel was honest with me.
  
  =Parts/Shipping=
  I took the car in on a Saturday and I was already receiving a call Monday morning that he had all the parts needed to start the job. I replace both lower control arms in the rear and also replaced the guibo aka the flex disc. Btw, all parts were bmw oems.
  
  =Workmanship/Labor=
  All parts were installed in one day. They give you 6 months of warranty for their work.
  
  =Cost=
  This is where some people may disagree with me. I'm not going to lie, it wasn't cheap to replace those 3 parts but then again, it wasn't expensive either. There is no worse feeling than handing your car to a cheap mechanic you can't trust but there is no greater feeling than getting your car serviced by a trustworthy mechanic.
