I don't like writing reviews but I will for this place. Getting your serviced is always one of the biggest problem. I never can find a place where I am fully satisfied. I always feel like I'm getting ripped off. A friend recommended this place and decide to give it a shot. It doesn't hurt to get another quote. I ended up leaving my car there. My car feels brand new & I don't have any more problems. The price was great and my car was done earlier then other places. I'm very grateful that I decided to go there and I recommend it to my friends and family now. Thank you!
I recommend this place! two thumbs up! Service & Price was great! My car was giving me problems and everywhere else was quoting me crazy price. But Mr. Lee was great and generous!
My car was shifting hard in 1-2 gear and got my transmission filter and fluids replaced here. It took 45 mins and charged me $150. Other shops wanted $300+ for the same service. My transmission shifts like butter, will come every 30K miles for the same service.
After another garage had quoted thousands for a new transmission, I sought out a second opinion and found Excel nearby. Mr Lee was incredibly helpful. He listened to all the symptoms my car had, test drove it, plugged in diagnostics and even went through previous bills of sale from the same car to see it's common issues. A few hours later and for a fraction of the price, I was back on the road and my transmission was fixed. Quick, professional service at a really good price. Would recommend to anyone.
