(February 1, 2021, 2:59 pm)I am a contractor that has been trying to reach them for 2 months about color questions, recommendations, and color charts. I have had no response via phone or email. The product itself is good but getting someone to answer the phone for issues or support is garbage even my supplier has tried to reach out to the rep with no feed back. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic on the rise again but 2 months with no feedback or response is to much.
UPDATE
Once speaking to a person experienced great customer service and feedback along with direct numers to call to bypass front office
