Wonderful experience hiring this company! Communicated well through the booking process & they arrived on time. There were three movers and a truck as promised. They worked hard and smart at the same time. They had the proper dolly to aid in moving our Ellyptical with ease. They loaded and unloaded the truck as requested, the storage unit was unloaded methodically and with a walkway down the middle for easy access.No complaining at all, great customer service, good prices! A++.

Perfect from first contact to payment with lots of communication before the move. Smooth process with no surprises. ProUnion is a top notch moving service. I feel so much lighter and happier that my move to LA from Pasadena is complete, and it was done with perfect professionalism. I was really pleased with my moving experience with ProUnion. They were very professional and treated all my belongings with great care. I really appreciated all of the effort they took to cover and cushion my valuable furniture. They were also efficient and well-organized. They had a good plan and the whole move went extremely smooth. The two movers were also very friendly and helpful, putting things just where I wanted without a fuss. The local movers ProUnion company were punctual, kind and fast! They showed great care when wrapping up my furniture - some which were valuable antiques. They padded both sides of the main entrance/exit - nice touch! They got me moved from Los Angeles to San Diego in under the time they had quoted which saved me money! I had to reschedule due to closing date moving and they were very helpful at accommodating the new date at no additional cost! I would highly recommend this moving company for their attention to detail, care for their customer's property and the communication they provide leading up to my move. You won't be disappointed.
