Karla was the sales person who helped me on the phone, I was unable to go into the store and look at the Sophia sofa. I had questions about how the leather wrapped around the bottom cushions. Not only did she answer my questions she sent pics. She was so kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend Rove on Melrose and definitely would recommend Karla she went above and beyond.
