(December 23, 2018, 3:44 am)It's a very well thought out conception, very progressive in it's design as it is suited for many outdoor activities for all to enjoy. Walking, jogging, bike riding... you name it! Picnicking, a quiet out of the way place to have a sack lunch that's conveniently close to downtown, Chinatown, Lincoln Heights and other neighborhoods in central LA, one need only rely on their creativity to come up with activities to enjoy this safe, family friendly respite from the hectic pace of a vibrant city beat! There are also many restaurants close for the park goers convenience and it's accessable via Metro conveyances so put this on your list of places to gain a different perspective on downtown and all it has to offer!

(November 20, 2018, 12:30 am)Great place to hike. Just don't come here during 12pm on a hot day. It get too Hot! bring plenty of water if you do because this trail has no shade.

(November 13, 2018, 11:40 pm)Came on a Wednesday around 3 & It was pretty busy, but It was also during the winter break. Came with young kids & It was nice, playing with them and having the city view in the background. But FYI to parents there were a lot of teenagers laying around making out & blazing It. So I tried to stay far from that. Parking lot was full but I was able to find close street parking & no parking meters.

(November 3, 2018, 12:28 pm)Great dog friendly spot in the city! There is street parking on Spring St or $5 flat rate parking nearby in Mandarin Plaza. Adjacent to gold line Chinatown stop. Plenty of grass, benches, dirt/gravel walking trails, and trees with shade. Highly recommend for a picnic, lawn games, and/or relaxing!
