UPDATE: 10/19/2021 This is the ONLY place I trust my car to. I never feel cheated or afraid that I'll be overcharged or lied to because I'm a female. They answer every single question I have regardless of the simplicity or complexity of it.

I came here for the required smog check to renew my registration and I was pleasantly surprised.

The place is very clean and organized, the price was right (plus I had a coupon!) and the gentleman that helped was very polite, as well as efficient. I was in and out in less than 20 min, considering there were other people.

I would definitely trust my car to this establishment.

In a day where everyone is giving less and charging more, the team at Hollywood Smog and Auto delivers good old fashion value added customer service. Honesty, hard working people who listen, and are truly looking our for your best interest. Very hard to find these days.

Honestly the best car service experience I've ever had! Great price, even patched a nail hole for me without charging me! When I arrived thy immediately offered to drive me to a nearby Starbucks. Incredibly friendly and social staff, too! Seriously I think I've been in a great mood all day because of this car experience & who says that after paying for car maintenance?!
