  I was in the market to purchase a new phone. I called this particular store & was disappointed by the way that I was treated so I asked for the manager who was not present at the time. I later called back to speak to the manager, but he was so rude, it really discouraged me to go into that store for ANY reason! I was in shock to be treated with such disrespect. I had already transferred from Att&t & in that moment regretted it tremendously! I thought to myself that if Sprint has people like this representing their store, NO WONDER it it is cheaper than Att&t. Regretfully, I now have to wait for my 2 year contact to expire. 10/04/18, a year later, in a rush, I HAD to go to this store b/c it literally is 5 minutes from where I live & I was so pressed for time. To my surprise, I was taken care of in a very prompt & courteous way & it seemed like completely different management. I am changing my review from a one star to a 5-Star. I was treated very well & they helped me switch from one phone to a newer model in no time flat! They even saved me the hassle to return the older phone by doing it for me & giving me a receipt. I feel better about this store & I think anybody should be given a second chance, even this Sprint store and the employees that work there!

  If you are looking to get a great deal on a new phone, stop by this sprint store and ask for Mirian and Anthony. They don’t try and rip you off nor sale
  You things you don’t need. They are very helpful and wonderful customer service. Wide selection of products and they have many phone plans that you can select from.
