  For the TL,DR crowd: Dr Omrani is awesome, do not hesitate to call and make an appointment. My pain is GONE.
  
  In September 2014 I had two oral surgery procedures and a second root canal on the same side. After this I ended up with jaw and mouth pain so severe not even Soma and Morphine together could affect it. I could not open my mouth fully at all.
  I was referred to Dr. Omrani by both my Oral Surgeon and the neuromuscular dentist I saw, both said she was the best. I saw her in October, she set me on a treatment plan to address the neuropathy, TMJ and dental pain. I went back a week or so later to adjust the treatment plan. There were several issues at play and Dr. Omrani not only treated all of them she balanced the treatments so as not to detract from each other.
  Today I had my last appointment, my pain is gone and my range of motion is back to normal. I can not recommend Dr. Omrani highly enough.

  I've suffered from chronic and debilitating headaches for most of my life, and in the last five years had come to the conclusion that the best I could hope for was a few hours a week without pain. But within 6 months of starting treatment with Dr. Omrani, my quality of life improved beyond my wildest expectations.
  
  Her knowledge, patience, persistence, creativity, and compassion are unparalleled. In less than two years in her care, she's been able to untangle the web of pain conditions I've suffered from for more than two decades – chronic daily migraine headaches, mixed headaches, TMJ, neck pain, myofacial pain, facial neuralgia, and headaches associated with lupus and fibromyalgia.
  
  I know longer have to use pain pills that mask the pain and cause the never ending loop of rebound headaches. With her guidance, my tool-box for coping with and managing pain now includes a combination of preventative and abortive medications; trigger point injections; physical therapy; diet, exercise, and lifestyle changes. The quantity of time I spend immobilized by pain and the side-effects of medications has decreased exponentially, while the quality of my time engaged in the world again has increased as much if not more, and continues to do so every day.
