Super easy, super convenient. Moved from King Pharmacy Inc pharmacy after they repeatedly screwed up and delayed my refills. You can text them if you have a problem. I love that their packaging is minimal and eco-friendly as well; They use recycled envelopes and not a ton of plastic like pillpack does.
