(July 31, 2018, 11:43 am)Such a good and fun gym! The coaches are not only knowledgeable but they genuinely care about your performance regardless of your fitness level. All levels are welcomed as it is a hybrid gym so you don’t have to be a Crossfitter to join!

(July 17, 2018, 5:12 pm)Great place to learn how to properly workout. Very knowledgeable staff. Our son is doing strenght training program to get better in his sport. His transformation has been incredible. They off group classes for just about every age group. Two thumbs up.

(July 13, 2018, 10:19 pm)I’ve been at this gym for a year and a half and I have to say, the members have become like family! Everyone is so genuinely happy to see each other. Being at the gym is a highlight of my day and - bonus! Now I’m pretty fit! Give it a solid month of trying it out. It’s hard but you will grow to love it and surprise yourself with how much you’re capable of!
