What great customer service. It's easy to rate someone high when there are no problems with an order, what separates the OK from the BEST is how they handle a problem.
I received my order and after 3 days I knew the foam was not the right size, I checked my confirmation e-mail to make sure I ordered the right size and verified that my custom cut order had been cut incorrectly. This is were the BEST stepped up, I called let them know my problem, they had me send them a pic of the foam and a tape measure and a few days latter they mailed be a replacement order.
I've let is set its 3 days and I now have exactly what I wanted. This is why they have earn 5 stars from me
