(December 28, 2020, 11:47 pm)We rented a SUV through Avis on union station in LA for the first time and the experience was excellent. The process when we arrived was quick and the representative was very helpful.
I was very nervous after reading all these negative reviews and not many reviews on this specific location. However, I’m glad we did not have any issues what so ever upon checking out the rental and returning it. We will definitely be renting from this place again. Thanks AVIS!!
(August 24, 2019, 12:27 am)Shuttle was easy. Service was fabulous.Ty the manager handled situations professionally and with a smile on her face. Loved her! The lady who checked us in also did great. Will use again.
