G12

I recently moved here from NY and I couldnt be happier with my choice in my living situation! It was so hard looking from apartments from NY but G12 really stuck out in soooo many ways. Firstly, it was the leasing team. Marie was amazingg as was Luis and Bianca. They were so patient with my never-ending questions and calls. They are very responsive which you would think is a given when trying to lease an apt but it isn't, at least in LA, I feel like. The property/amenities are very well-kept. I always feel very safe in my apartment and it's surroundings. The apartment was spic and span for move-in! I loved it. Thank you guys so much for everything! Marie, Jamie, Luis, Bianca, you guys rock! I am so happy with my decision to live at the G12!!

Jamie is the best community manager I’ve seen so far, the attention to details on another level! She is your best friend!

Tony helped me find a perfect unit for me! I just moved in here, but it’s been very quiet and bright in my unit. Plus the gym is so nice!

I had a tech guy coming to my unit to mount my TV, he saw the wall and told me that the wall was so thick that I wouldn’t hear any noise from next door!

I hope I’ll keep liking this place!

Moved in a few months ago with the assistance of Tony and Lupe and they were so polite professional and accommodating! Obviously the amenities and location are incredible, but the staff have really made my cross country move effortless and seamless. This is my first luxury apartment complex, so I don't have much to compare it to except the centuries-old buildings in Boston, but I have to say, compared to the other places I looked at at similar price points in LA, this place is amazing! So many wonderful people and a great app to connect all of us to each other.

I absolutely love this property. From the moment I arrived (without an appointment) Antonio made the entire process a breeze. He was knowledgeable on the building, patiently guided the tour, even reshowing units by my request and easily addressed all of my comments/concerns. Through every step he remained very communicative and helpful. When it came to just the day before my move in I had to meet with the community manager, Jaime, who was absolutely amazing! She was so kind, helpful and worked fast to close out all of the final steps as quickly as possible. The building is very nice, well kept and quiet but the staff who work there make it even better!
