  I had a great experience with DTLA Urgent Care. If you have health insurance or if you need a quick appointment, they seem like a really great place to get urgent care.

  This office accommodated my request for an appointment immediately, seeing me the same day I called. The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful. I felt the service I received was exceptional and will not only come back but I would refer friends and family.

  I came in here last week for quick medical care and they were very attentive and calming. There was a simultaneous emergency happening, but they attended to me right away despite that. I was in there for about an hour and a half total and didn't have to wait long at all to get into a room. This is right by my job so its convenient, I wish this was closer to my home because the staff, nurses, PAs, and doctors were all very nice and helpful.

  Came in after dropping my daughter off at school, had no appointment and they took me within 10 minutes. The staff is nice and friendly, the facility is super clean. Would recommend when you're not feeling the best. They'll take care of you.

  I seem to be hurting myself a lot this year. Thank God for this facility. Quick and efficient, wonderful staff, caring doctors. I travel from the Bronx for their excellent service. I am grateful they are there.

I called and Liz, their nurse was very nice and explained to me how they work she even asked for my insurance info. to check if I was covered. I went in the evening and saw Dr. Shadi. She was great, was able to get lab work and medication.
