I've been training my client in the charming, beautifully manicured park for about 4 and a half years. The residents in the area are friendly and welcoming. I've only had good experiences.
I've been coming to this park ever since it opened a few years ago. It's always super clean and very quiet. Never any big crowds. There is a skate park right next door, there are two vehicle charging stations in the parking lot, and I believe you can rent it out for events.
A nice pocket park in Frogtown. Lovely spaces with room to move about. Quiet and comfoet.
Really nice neighborhood park. Very well maintained. I wish there were a few more electric charging stations. There is also a really nice open pavilion for small parties if you wanted to have one. Maybe you could reserve it, but I'm not sure.
My brother-in-law has resided at Prestige Assisted Living since 2018.
Lesley Muscha, RN is one of his medical caregivers. She has consistently
performed as an empathetic and committed individual. She is not only conscientious but very knowledgeable. As a physician, I have been impressed by her performance.
Lesley is a credit to your facility
This place has no rehas no rehab anymore. They give you bedbath with urine covered sheets aot of cnas dont speak english
My Dad was on hospice while living at Prestige. The staff are the most wonderful, caring people you could ever meet. I am very thankful he had the opportunity to spend his final days in this beautiful retirement community
When my father passed away my mother moved in to Prestige. It has been 41/2 yrs now and we still feel the same as we originally did. It is a wonderful place to live. There has been some bumps in the road but I still feel, as does my mother that Prestige is the best place for her to live. She has made many many friends and loves it!
My 82-year-old father has lived in the regular part of Prestige since May of 2012. Ever since we made first contact, the staff has been very helpful and positive, and treats my dad (and my sister and me) with respect and courtesy. They all know him by name and are very good at accomodating his personality and his quirks. ; )
As another reviewer said (although their loved one is/was in the memory care wing), the caregivers call us whenever a problem or issue occurs so there is no delay in communication...which we appreciate.
Also, as they said, the food that they serve is very good and restaurant quality, the facility is kept up and is always an attractive and pleasant environment, and there are never stereotypical smells or issues that (they said) are commonly found in assisted living facilities. I like that they have a cinema room, a billiards room, free wi-fi (get the password from the staff), a computer kiosk, a rec room with plenty of activities off of the large and elegant dining room, and plenty of outdoor space to walk or hang out.
Before I conclude this, I must also put in a plug for the VA's Aid and Attendance Program, which is an enhanced VA pension with relaxed income maximums which make it easier/possible to qualify, which is the only reason my dad (a veteran of the Korean War) is able to afford to be here. He gets over $1,700/mo. from that program. Be sure to file paperwork with them sooner rather than later, due to their months-long processing time (longer if you're a widow of a veteran claiming this benefit).
Overall, we are very grateful for the Prestige staff for maintaining such a perfect place for my dad to spend his eight decade and hopefully beyond. I will echo another review and highly recommend Prestige for your loved one!
