My therapy with Rachel was responsible for helping me get through the toughest period of my life: Divorce; losing a home; and empty-nest syndrome.

Rachel was different than other therapists in realizing this was a crisis, and started by giving me practical tools to reduce my anxieties and calm my fears.

I knew she was the right therapist for me when she said that we'd deal with my childhood trauma only after I was solidly grounded. Moreover, because of my ever-changing financial situation, she was willing to reduce my fee.

She is compassionate, and direct at the same time, and was extremely helpful in exposing old belief systems that were self-destructive.
