  I wanted to purchase an IMG loveseat but I live in Hawaii and IMG has no local sales representative here. So I researched options on the West Coast and Sal at Valley Leather offered me the best deal. IMG is based in Europe and they had supply chain issues so I had to wait a very long time to actually receive the order, but Valley Leather was good about responding promptly with my periodic requests for updates. Once they finally received the loveseat they handled delivery to the Port of Los Angeles for me to have it forwarded on to Honolulu. The long-distance purchase and extended delivery lag required trust and patience on my part, but Valley Leather really came through for me. Mahalo!

  I went to the other furniture stores and I couldn’t quite find what I wanted. Sal, the co-owner of Valley Leather Furniture, treated me from the git go, like a friend. And his store was loaded with a cornucopia of high end, name brand, leather furniture, built to last for decades. This was in indeed a surprise, because his storefront is humble and modest. Sal’s wife, Lorraine, and co-owner of Valley Leather Furniture, is like a Martha Stewart of Arts, Crafts and Cooking. In addition to knowing the leather furniture business, she can even make Teddy Bears out of leather! Not to mention, Sal, who along with his team, could actually build any piece of leather furniture that one could imagine. This is a hidden jewel of a store.(I bought a Nordic inspired recliner.)

  We've ordered multiple sofa's and chairs from Valley Leather. Sal could not have been nicer and the product is fantastic. One set of chairs was accidentally ordered in the wrong color, they were 1,000% honorable to their error and reordered the correct chairs and let us keep the wrong ones till the new ones were ready. When everything goes great it's easy, but the true test of a store is how they handle things when there is a problem. You can trust these guys and know with confidence that they will stand behind any purchase!

  Great selection, the best leather furniture in LA, custom too! Sal is easy to work with as well.

  After dealing with Sal I would not even consider going to or recommending any other place to buy leather furniture.
  
  I've had the couch for about 1 week now. I wanted to wait to do my review until I was sure everything was as it appeared. Everything just seemed too good to be true. Sal had the exact style we wanted, we were able to get it custom made in the exact leather we wanted and all for a very fair price. There was zero pressure on the sale. Sal honestly seemed like he just wanted to help us get the right furniture. It was just too good to be real. I'm happy to report it was 100% real and we could not be any more happy with our purchase!! Please avoid all the big box furniture stores. I spent hours and hours wasting my time looking at cheaply made garbage (that cost more than what I ended up paying for my custom couch) at those stores.
  We are thrilled with our purchase and highly recommend Valley Leather to anyone interested in quality and an outstanding purchase experience.
